Vintage at SLO Apartment Homes

I lived here for 1 year. It is a very nice, clean, peaceful apartment complex in a good area. The hallways are spotless and there are no bugs. There are scenic trails nearby (less than 5 min walk) good for walking/running/biking. I like that it is a secured apartment; I felt very safe. The apartment I lived in had A LOT of natural sunlight. If I still lived in SLO, I would definitely live here. The only complaint is that they took a while to return our security deposit at the end of the lease.

Our experience with Vintage at SLO has been literally 10 out of 10 from the start. We moved into in April of 2023 after an unpleasant experience with another leasing company. The Vintage @ SLO team was able to accommodate to us in the most amazing way. All staff go out of their way to be helpful, punctual, and respectful. Heather was able to help us with our lease renewal process and get us situated for another year of leasing here, which makes us so happy because we love where we live. The amenities, the community, and the cleanliness are all top-tier and this is the only place in SLO you’ll find it. Vintage has been a great place for us over the last year and we just decided to renew our lease. Apartments are spacious, clean, and modern with tons of natural light. We love taking advantage of the pool/hot tub, grill, and 24 hour gym. The location is quiet with easy access to downtown and everything SLO had to offer. Maintenance has been great and timely now that they’re staffed a bit more. We do wish the clubhouse was available during non-business hours/weekends for residents to use especially given the cost of rent and that it has the only bathroom connected to the pool/gym. The property is overall well kept, however there is no contract still from what I’m told to have someone clean the external windows which have been unattended to for the last year. The Vintage at SLO is a great community. Heather, Marina, and the team have been great to work with! I appreciate the attention to detail and the way they make you feel right at home! The maintenance team is A+! Jason and Kammy have helped us a few times during the move-in process and with minor maintenance needs. They are punctual, responsive, and knowledgeable. The community is safe, and all our neighbors are friendly and kind. My family and I love The Vintage!
