We are so grateful for Pacific Trust Mortgage. Our conventional reno loan was taking too long and we almost lost the property. I called in with a need for help & Sarah Atkinson completely took care of us. I think we closed in under 2 weeks??? It was crazy amazing. I guess if I had to summarize them I'd say transparent, accessible and efficient. I'm so grateful for Candy & Sarah!

He always took the time to explain everything and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. Ann Riordan, the processing manager, was amazing, super organized, and on top of every detail. They were both quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely kind. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a lender who actually cares and delivers, Chris and his team are the ones you want on your side.

I highly recommend Sarah Atkinson and the team at Pacific Trust. We truly did not know if home ownership would be a possibility for us...the home that we had been renting for the last 8 years came on the market...and as much as we loved this home we truly were not sure if we could make it a reality for our family. Sarah was a blessing and she guided us every step of the way. She truly exceeded our expectations. I laughed with her that she was my house buying therapist as much as our loan officer.
