They have a part time manager , no house keeper no on site maintenance. In case of Er the phone line goes to the manager which she work part time so it’s no one to answer the Er line when you need someone. I had a water flood on a Monday - water went down stairs apartment they called the line on Monday. We put a work order in on Monday night put urgent on it . Long story short. It was not fixed until that following Friday!!!!! Unacceptable!! I have called the maintenance line twice no one never answer the phone. If you are looking for a stable place to live with out a lot of interpretation don’t move here.

We are just moving in and loving it so far. While the mamager is part time on site as is the maintenace man they can be contacted by phone and respond quickly to your questions or concerns. The bldg is just a year old so everything is new. Very very quiet as you would expect for a 55+ dwelling. Internet hookups in 3 rooms easy schmeasy. There is an exercise room with three workout machines and a tv available. Also a busines center with an all in one printer, two workstations with large monitors. Place at one end of the bldg. wih an overhang and chairs and over head fan to hang out and chat with other residents (no mosquitoes) while keeping cool, who have all been very welcoming and communicative. Trash and water included in the rent-just pay electricity and internet. Anyway this place is a
