It’s nice here. Many people change buildings and end up living here for years. The maintenance staff is really nice, we have a nice trail that goes right to the park trail that parallels the chattahoochee river for miles. During the summer the take-out spot for rafting exits right at that park. So it’s easy to walk right home. It’s quiet , neighborly, the trash never piles up, we have a lot of nice walkways which enable a rear entrance to every building (I think). Parking is never an issue, even with guests and the place is designed where no one really ever speeds and only about 20% of the complex will ever drive in front of your place.

It’s solid. Lived here for almost 5 years. The location is fantastic, the trail and access to river is amazing, the pools are fine. When we moved in it was $1400 and for that it’s a great place. But now it’s closer to $2k and it’s not worth that. The buildings are old don’t let the granite fool you. But again for the cheaper price it’s fine. Maintenance team is probably the best I’ve ever had at an apartment, wish they could work at our new place. Avoid the ground floor, we had a leak when it rained that took 4 years to fix (a bigger problem than normal maintenance). Doesn’t help that every year a new company owned the complex. Moving out was fine, no extra charges. Does take management a bit to do everything and they bailed on our scheduled move out inspection.

I applied for an apartment here and understandable my application was denied. Which is fine, but I'm not understanding to why it would take 4 to 6 weeks for my deposit that i paid initially to do the application. Not understanding why it has to take 4 to 6 weeks for me to receive my money back when it didn't take 4 to 6 weeks for them to take the funds from my account. Marissa, has been very helpful and responsive but this is extremely frustrating. What if i needed the funds to apply to another property! i just feel they need another system

I've been absolutely loving the pool at our apartment complex! My children and I enjoyed ourselves today. It's always clean, well-maintained, and such a relaxing space to unwind. The water is crystal clear, and the surrounding lounge area is perfect for sunbathing or reading a book. I also appreciate the comfortable seating and the shade options available great for both sunny days and cooler evenings. Kudos to Mr. Lindsey and Management.

I’ve lived here since January of 2020 with my boyfriend, and I absolutely love it. Being so close to the river, Smyrna, Buckhead, and 285 has been wonderful, but the biggest shout-out goes to Mr. Lindsey, our maintenance manager. He is always kind, fun, engaging, and charismatic. His presence is genuinely felt throughout the neighborhood — he helps foster such a warm sense of community just by being himself. The entire maintenance team is so nice, welcoming, and they truly care about making sure we’re always taken care of. The folks at the leasing office are always super sweet too. I’m so grateful to have found this complex. I’ve made new friends here, convinced friends to move here, and built a home here. Thank you. :)
