They definely don't care about their customers only certain ones to balance all the wrong they do to the "other" ones. Look at the inside of the barbershop. It took them forever to fix that hole. Shady with people's security deposit I have video proof. Also there were more bad reviews here but somehow they disappeared. No worries I did screen shot most of them time to contact Google.

They just don't give a damn about their customers after closing. Ask anyone down at the Vineyards we still have punch list items after 3 years. Please beware and don't listen to their sales people

Having real serious problems with insane renter who continues to bang on ceiling of unit above elderly tenant!! Management has done absolutely nothing!!! Awful!!!!

We were given false information and advertising about the Carriage Homes. We requested a corner home with a GREENBELT behind the property. The property representative told us she had just the home for us but we would have to secure it with earnest money because there were several other people interested and the homes were "going (selling) fast". We later discovered that the pictures ( pamphlets), and verbal descriptions of the property were nothing like what we were shown and told. There is a dilapidated neighborhood behind the Carriage Home and NOT A GREENBELT at all. Do not believe a word Fernmoor representatives tell you! They are crooks!

Awesome complex they have a great swimming pool, a nice gym and clubhouse. Big screen TV's, billiards table, kitchenette and living room style meeting area also has a conference room.
