At the start of 2024, I decided to put my condo up for sale. My initial plan was to move to a 55+ community and in March, I met my realtor, Ron Mercante. We went to see a few places and then it really took off. Like everything, you need to be comfortable with people you are dealing with and with Ron, it was natural. Christine & Bill did an outstanding job selling our home. We primarily worked with Christine. Great advice on how to stage it, how to price it, and how to present it. She was very communicative, which I think is important. She kept us in the loop whenever any important actions came up and had us use the ShowingTime app for home showing appointments and home showing feedback. She explained the steps in the home selling and buying process so we weren't left wondering where things stood. She attended the closing as we had already moved away at that point. Audrey brought us all around Delaware in our 3 trips to search for our new home, with never a complaint but with a smile and good wishes.
