Vineyards at Valley View

Lived here a couple years, and had a good experience. Easy application process, pet friendly, easy to pay rent online, maintenance staff was always so helpful and quick to respond to issues. I really think your experience will heavily depend on your neighbors and building. We had respectful neighbors but walls are thin so we would wake up daily to a newborn crying in the apartment above or their toilet flushing. Parking lot noise, car alarms, cars idling outside was frequent in our area - pretty typical for apartment living but worth noting. Trash service was consistent, some of the trash cans fill up pretty quickly and can pile up especially when people moved out and got rid of their belongings. Great area to walk your dog either to town center or down the road - there’s lots of sidewalks

Lived at Vineyards from Sept 2023 - June 2025 in building 7 with a Sierra + Garage floor plan. We loved this apartment and would have stayed longer if we didn't have to move out of state. The complex was clean and responsive if we ever had an inquiries. Quiet area, never issues with parking, and neighbors were great. Staff was fantastic and special shoutout to Sonya, Fara, and Kelli who were always so awesome.

We really enjoy living in this community. The grounds are always well maintained and clean. There are great areas for walking with children, as well as a separate dog park. The management regularly organizes events and contests, which creates a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

I want to take a moment to recognize our property manager Sonya for doing an outstanding job at our apartment community. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she handled it quickly and efficiently. Communication is always clear, respectful, and timely, which makes a big difference. It’s obvious she takes pride in keeping the property well-maintained and creating a positive living environment for everyone. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, the grounds are kept clean, and overall the community feels organized and well-managed. It’s refreshing to have a property manager who truly cares about the residents and works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly. I really appreciate the effort and dedication they put into making this a great place to live. Highly recomm

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Absolutely horrible. They act like they’re professional but this place is disgusting with terrible people running it. From the maggot and bug infested fridge they left us when we moved in (and ignored), to the predatory business practices, to the staff (Michael and Farra) that act like they’re on top of things but have no idea what they’re doing. Expect to never get your deposit back as I was only there for 8 months, mind you we have OCD and kept the place spotless, but they want to charge nearly $1k to vacuum and do touch up paint. Also if you have dogs be careful because they act dog friendly but have no problem NEVER cleaning the dog run and letting you and your dogs walk in piss and shit for months on end.
