Vineyards at Flat Shoals

I have lived at this community for 2 years. I just started my Third lease 03/2026! Evergreen Property Management just bought my community about 6 months ago. I have been through 3 sets of Office staff and 2 property management companies. Evergreen Property Management has throughly impressed me and is the sole reason why I renewed my lease! I have seen the effort of the company and current staff to make this community better and more safe for its residents! Truly grateful.Keep up the good work!! Thanks

I’ve been living at Vineyards of Flat Shoals for about two years, and I can honestly say I absolutely love it. The new management team addresses issues and concerns promptly and professionally. They go beyond just business interactions, creating a sense of community rather than a typical landlord-tenant relationship. It truly feels like a partnership. I appreciate everything they’ve done to make this place not just livable, but desirable. If you’re reading this and looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend giving Vineyards of Flat Shoals a try!

I visited the property unannounced on purpose to view the property, buildings, landscape, and amenities. The manager gave me a tour and was thorough and honest. A tenant gave her praise for changes that she was responsible for. Based on my visit, I will be calling this property home.....I did not take pics to share....but Once I move in....I will send an update...Real reviews are after moving in and experiencing the reality.

I’ve had such a great experience thanks to Sidney, the property manager. She’s professional, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been quick to respond and goes above and beyond to make sure things are handled smoothly. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and it really shows in how the community is managed. Highly recommend working with Sidney she makes the whole experience stress-free and positive.

We’ve had such a positive change since the new management took over! William, the assistant property manager, has completely turned our experience around. After issues with the previous team, we now have timely maintenance, professional communication, and great new updates in the home. William is attentive, helpful, and makes living here a pleasure.
