The property is always clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The landscaping is beautiful, and the entire community feels safe and welcoming. The management team and maintenance staff are amazing — they’re always friendly, professional, and quick to handle any requests or concerns. This appartment is in good location. It is located in Medical center. It is not far to airport and downtown too. I lived there for about seven years. Viri, the leasing office is very hardworker, fast responding, and understable. I recommend renters to consider her in their higher managmemt areas. She is always smiley, willing to help and responsive to messages timely. Would I have my own company, she would be my first employee.

A family member has lived here for over 8 years they take care of the place inside and out. If there is any maintenance issue it is handled right away! The pool is always clean, and kept up with regularly.

Viri was super nice and helpful through the application process. She showed me the apartment again so I could remember the floorplan before moving in. I have been here for 3 months now and I am very happy. Very glad I moved in!
