I want to say thank you to Kamaren and Candice, both were extremely welcoming and nice. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, with the hardwood floors freshly cleaned and all appliances in pristine condition. The leasing process was seamless, and we love the in-unit laundry and the fitness center, which are both well-maintained and easily accessible. The location is fantastic, with grocery stores and public transportation just a short walk away. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Yesterday we had the very unfortunate experience of having a water leak from the floor above us, which had water pouring in through our bathroom. Maintenance showed up immediately. Julio arrived in full and appropriate PPE, which I very much appreciate as I have a neutropenic daughter. Julio was proficient, professional, and helped us not only stop the leak, but make immediate repairs to ensure our apartment stayed a healthy and safe home for my daughter. I’m very grateful!

I love it so much I'm moving there. So I'm here now and so far its great, especially the maintenance guys, I had a bad patio door wouldn't lock and was hard to close. They ordered the part came this morning and fixed it completely, simply outstanding, Antonio and Manuel only took a couple of minutes and my door was fixed. Great job. They get a 5 rating.

I just wanted to say thank you to Antonio and Manuel for doing such a wonderful job this morning with installing my grab bars in both bathrooms. They were installed perfectly for my use and safety and very promptly as well. I also want to thank Candis and Cameron For excellent prompt service. It sure is great living here at Vineyard Creek apartments sincerely, Aurora.
