Michael Ferl and his team were extremely professional and helpful during the home search and buying process. I first had a video meeting as I was coming from out of town. Anytime I was local, his team tour homes with me (driving me to various potential homes). During the home buying process, I felt informed yet not overly pressured for a final transaction. The paperwork process was streamlined and the suggested lender very communicative so I understood every aspect. Also, Michael's team went above and beyond meeting with inspectors as needed as well as providing recommendations for vendors. Highly recommended!

Michael made everything so easy for me. Buying a house went off much more quickly than I anticipated, in great part thanks to Michael’s knowledgeable and thoughtful assistance. Everyone that interacted with him was impressed at his knowledge of the area, the housing codes, the things I should look out for in my home selection. We were lucky to have realtors like Mike and Amber to help us find our forever home and, sell our previous one.
