Vineyard Commons is one of the best 55+ communications in this part of the NY Hudson Valley. Office management personnel are pleasant, courteous and responsive to our needs. They raise the rents too high each year. They have no care for their tenants. They kept some of my mother's security deposit stating that she left the place a mess. She had it cleaned so how could it possibly be that dirty??? They said they had to replace the stove when that was not true; it was fully functional. The paint above her toilet was peeling from the day I moved in and they never fixed it and said it didn't need to be fixed. If you can live with rents being raised too high and taking security deposits higher than necessary, go for it. Michael, I offered to come in a clean it to get Mom's deposit back and you turned me down. No one is inhabiting it currently and at last report from you, no one is working on it.

Vineyard Commons is a gorgeous property that's well maintained and the ladies in the office are sweet as pie. I'd recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move to a luxury active adult rental community!

Wonderful management team, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful grounds... I moved my mom in recently and I can't say enough about the management team.. helpful responsive made my mom's move a pleasure.. we can't thank you enough!!
