My husband and I used this agency, specifically Valentina Hurtado, to rent out two units in our property in Poughkeepsie. Unfortunately, the process took over four months, and the tenants we ended up with have been terrible. It seems as though no proper background checks or research were conducted, as they were unable to pay rent after just the second month. Additionally, the listings and photos she uploaded to rental platforms were unprofessional and poorly done. I strongly advise staying away from this agency.
