Everytime there an issue in the house Quincy is sure to come in a timely matter and fix it . Quincy and Erica always smiles and says hello and makes sure to say have a great day when walking through out the neighborhood. Quincy is be far the best maintenance person in a long time I’ve had! Big shout out to you for making everyone living situation comfortable.

Our maintenance supervisor Quincy Thomas is awesome. The handling of our snow emergency was spectacular. He's always available when we need him.

When my family first moved to Vineland Village we had some maintenance problems. Sometimes it would take a month or more to get fixed. Ever since their maintenance manager has been here there has been major improvements. We can submit a request and it will be fulfilled within a couple of days, or less. Mr. Will is an excellent addition to the Vineland Village Apartment staff. Ms. Angie in the office truly works hard to all the residents and will get her hands dirty if needed. I reccomend this community to everyone.

Huge shout out to the Vineland Village, apartment homes Quincy and Erica. They are wonderful, quick to respond, available, friendly, professional and courteous! Quincy always has rapid response and solutions to any maintenance or property issues and nothing but positive interactions! Erica is very friendly and approachable and always takes anything brought to her attention with sincerity and professionalism, any questions or notices we give are always responded to and any concerns are addressed. We seriously have a dream team here and I couldn't be happier !

Quincy the maintenance guy is amazing!! My boyfriend and I have been renting here for 3 years and hes been so great. Not only is he super friendly and kind, he always responds to our requests in a timely matter and fixes all of our issues right away!
