My husband and I first met Carman at a restaurant several years ago and were given her business card. We are very glad we chose her as our agent. We were pleased with the final sale price considering the age of our house. As our agent, Carman was very professional and such a pleasure to work with. She was easy to communicate with and explained, in detail, all the documents, steps and procedures required in selling the house. There were times when she went beyond what was required of her and was diligent in meeting deadlines and keeping us updated. The home she found for us, she went to the inspections in our place. She even found us a pet friendly hotel for us to stay in the day before closing.
