The Vine apartment building is a beautiful place to live in! The entire building is very modern. The gym is amazing! The pool and clubhouse are fun too. I’m on the 6th floor so driving up and down sucks a little bit. The drive down is a little tricky because there are no stop signs for cars that come from the right side of the parking lot. The maintenance crew is friendly, however it takes a good amount of days/weeks to get a maintenance order completed. Other than that, everything is good. Tall the staffing is amazing!
I lived here for a full lease term and want to share a few things that aren’t obvious during a tour. The maintenance team was excellent, with quick and reliable turnaround. The former leasing staff (Becca, Brandon, Kyara) were consistently responsive, proactive, and communicative. They helped retrieve packages wrongly sent to other buildings, went above and beyond, and were a big part of why the community felt like home. After receiving my renewal, I provided notice that I would not renew my unit and was instead actively working with the leasing office to find a studio (the Hickory floor plan) that better fit my preferences and budget. While exploring studio availability online and setting up tours, I noticed my exact unit — not a similar floor plan, but the very one I was currently livin
I love living at Vine! I toured every apartment complex in North Hills and Vine not only stood out, but felt like home immediately. The leasing staff is so friendly, caring, and easy to work with. The building is essentially brand new (just turned one year old) and well-maintained. The units are spacious and offer two different color schemes with beautiful finishes. The amenities are top-notch, the pool and courtyard are usually pretty quiet and relaxing, and the common spaces are beautifully decorated, always clean and restocked, and very inviting for guests. The complex organizes a ton of events and mixers for residents, which make it very easy to meet new friends. Everyone is so friendly and I have made many lasting friendships here! The building is in a very desirable area with plenty
North Hills is a beautiful location and the Vine has some nice features, including the community veranda and comfy indoor common areas. Some of the unit balconies have lush green views. For the price (1 bedroom is $1,758 - $2,248 and 2 bedroom is $2,194 - $3,144) you’d expect near perfection. However, several reviews highlight crime concerns in the parking garage (only available parking option). Given the high cost of living here, and Kane Realty’s vast success, I hope the property can find the resources to protect their residents.
I’ve lived at this complex for the last 14 months, and at first, things were honestly pretty solid. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, and the leasing staff, while not overly warm, were at least decently nice and responsive. For a while, I thought I had found a good place at a fair rate. Unfortunately, the last couple of months have been a very different story. The most frustrating change has been the complete overhaul of the parking situation. What used to be mostly open and easy has turned into a full-blown ordeal. The garage now takes 10 or more minutes to navigate, requiring multiple laps around a massive deck just to find a spot. On top of that, they’re now charging $50 per month per car on the lease, the price you used to pay for a reserved spot which is not
