Vincent Overlook Rental Homes

We had a wonderful experience renting for one year in the Capano residential neighborhood of Vincent Overlook in Milton De. The home was beautiful and very adequate even if we had guests. It is in a great neighborhood with wonderful amenities. The close proximity to Lewes Downtown and Cape Henelopen beach and park was so convenient only 8 miles! The property manager that we dealt with was Alicia and she was so sweet and just very attentive to any issues that arose. She answers the phone immediately and either has the answer or gets it for you. We would not hesitate to recommend this place if you are looking to rent in the beach areas of Delaware while a home is being built or just to figure out if the area is where you want to live. Amazing to have found this beautiful brand new single story home. Most wonderful was ALICIA MENDOZA rental property manager. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with and incredible patience. If you are looking at moving here read every detail in lease! No grills unless you get the home with a patio, no plants so no growing your own vegetables unless in your screened in patio. Bikes and trashcans must be kept in garage. So many rules. I made the mistake of not reading the lease completely for details like these. I would not recommend living here.
