Cypress Grove

My husband and I just moved into Cypress Grove and we were very happy with the experience. The manager, Tonya, was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating with meeting our particular needs. She was especially helpful, as well as flexible and patient, when we were choosing an apartment and scheduling a move in date. Beyond that, when a coming snowstorm threatened to disrupt our move, she contacted us and offered an earlier date. The apartment itself is beautiful, airy, and bright with multiple windows and a high ceiling. Everything is clean and new with a luxurious feel. We are very pleased.

I have found Cypress Grove to be an outstanding community with great amenities. My two bedroom is spacious as is the outside porch The community is full of very friendly and respectful people The property manager Tonya is OUTSTANDING! She very attentive to everything and everyone in the community Her staff is great as well Moni takes pride in her work and the community as it was her own Tonya and her staff work as a team to ensure everyone is treated fairly and any issues are handled expeditiously - Five Stars all the way!!!

I recently renewed my lease for another year! Tanya was amazing helping me with that cause there were some “kinks” we had to work out. Kiddos to her! ❤️ This place truly is amazing with gym, pool and I personally love the elevator cause I’m on second floor. Could live here forever.

I am on the second floor of one of the "stacked flats" buildings. While I don't usually hear any noise from the neighbors to the left and right of me, I can hear every move my downstairs neighbor makes. Every word of every conversation, every phone call, every guest she has over. I can hear when she's unloading her dishwasher, I can hear when she runs her garbage disposal, I hear her dog every time it barks. I hear her vacuum, I hear her music, etc. For the most part she's not doing anything wrong. She's just living her life. It's just that these buildings have very thin walls, when it comes to upstairs/downstairs. She does however have a tendency to SLAM her front door every time she comes and goes, which shakes the whole building. Also, I don't understand the paving in this community. S

I talked to Tonya on Tuesday 1/20/26 and scheduled a viewing with her for Friday 1/23/26 at noon. My Initial conversation with her was not very comforting or friendly even though she scheduled a viewing with me. Upon arrival on Friday afternoon she told she didn’t have any viewing appointments available and that she was swamped with move ins. Okay… Do you not write down the appointments you have scheduled? I told her I had scheduled an appointment with her and she very reluctantly showed me a 2 bedroom and told me the 1 bedroom was not available to view or rent. Although I showed her online it says “available NOW”. She again, made an excuse as to why it said that, and didn’t at any point say “you know what, you’re right it does say that online but that’s not the correct information.” See
