Vince Kaiser Homes built a beautiful 2000 sq ft ranch home for my family in Lockhart, TX, and we couldn’t be happier. The project was completed on time and within budget, which was impressive, but what truly set them apart was the quality and care they put into every detail. Vance and Vince were incredibly attentive, always available by phone, and they regularly came by in person to check on things. My parents moved in last week, and they absolutely love it. We were introduced to Vince and Kelly at Vince Kaiser Homes through a mutual customer who was unfortunately dealing with a home flood (no fault of Vince Kaiser Homes). Even though the circumstances were understandably stressful, Vince was incredibly quick to help in any way he could. Kelly was equally on top of things from the office side, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Throughout the entire process, communication was outstanding, which we truly appreciated. We are very pleased with our decision to use Vince Kaiser Homes to build our house! We live outside the Bastrop area and were having trouble even finding builders interested in returning our call. Vince returned our call the same day and we had his proposal the next day! We toured several of his homes under construction and were impressed with the workmanship we saw. To my amazement, our home was completed in 3 1/2 months, as his crews came non-stop during this time. The quality of work is impressive and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. If you value efficiency, great workmanship, and a fair price you should use this builder.

After interviewing several builders, we knew we had the right builder as soon as we met Vince. After working out the details of our build, we turned it over to Vince and his crew and we were off! It was very encouraging to see good progress being made everyday. We never had to wonder if workers were going to show up. Corey Macks was the supervisor for our project and he was great to work with. He kept me on track with product selections and installation dates. We LOVE our home. If we were to build again, we would most certainly call Vince.
