This management is a piece of crap. Our boiler has been replaced and ever since we been having partial heat. It goes off in the middle of the night which we are waking up to a freezing apt. They know how to send out rent payments. We are forming a protest against this management and owner and want to get the news involved.. It has been very cold and I have been burning heaters which is driving my electric bill to the roof. Shame on you Vima. Spend the money to get some professional to fix it. Probably a used boiler.

My family’s been on this block for decades. The previous building owners were solid—no complaints. But ever since Vima took over about 10 years ago, it’s been all downhill. The troubles only stopped because we moved out. Management has employees leave 5 star reviews here so …
