She took us to see the apartment we originally reached out about, and went above and beyond to show us everything in the area she thought would be a great fit for us in our price range. Katrin was the best as she was so friendly, responsive, and professional. It was hard finding a place during COVID-19, but she kept me up to date with the latest available units that met my criteria. Even during weekends/holidays, she was keeping in contact with me to make sure that I was updated with the latest information. She is so friendly and goes above and beyond. Some other agents I talked to were aggressive or even booked tours for units that turned out to be unavailable, but that was not the case with Katrin. My Husband and I have lived in the Sunnyside area for years and we were ready to make the leap to an apartment on Center Blvd. We initially were a little nervous, but Katrin took all the anxiety out if the process and acted as an advocate and liason on our behalf to the leasing company TFC. In the end, Katrin helped us find our dream apartment, and we are really grateful for her hard work and attention to us.
