Villatree Apartments

Just moved in and it’s been a pleasure working with Jun and enjoy how friendly and helpful he is. From leasing, to addressing any questions i’ve had! I like how accessible this apartment is to the 101 making it easy to travel anywhere quickly in the area - plus the apartment itself is pretty spacious! Also shoutout to the Maintenance department taking care of my move-in requests right away. Very impressive honestly! Only downside is that the apartment AC has no manual control and there is a scheduled switched from AC to heat throughout the year. At the same time, I know I can just buy a portable AC unit if needed! Other than that, very happy and grateful to be here!

I needed a place to move ASAP. I had been looking for a few weeks. I only had 2 days left before my lease ended. Janaya is a miracle worker. She went above and beyond to make this move happen for me and my family. . Within 24 hours, I had a place to call home. She even came in to have me sign my lease when she wasn't scheduled to come in. She made this process and move in so easy for me. She has a pleasant and beautiful demeanor about her. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to call home, Villagetree Apartments is the place to be especially when the apartment manager name is Janaya!🤗

My experience here at the Villatree is actually pretty cool it’s nice, quiet, not too far from anything, the people are nice and it makes me feel warm inside and puts a smile on my face o h& they got two pools!!!!! But the best interaction I had was with JANAYA!!!! She nice, cool, laid back and her personality, vibe & energy was amazing that’s my girl for sure but overall this place is great! I would also like to thank the maintenance man Malik for coming out and getting everything fixed that we had on the list he’s great with a great personality and a sense of humor and his attitude is great so if anything else needs fixing I know who to ask for!!!!

Let me first say, I am loving my new home but what made me seal the deal was Janaya in the front office. She is an absolute rockstar, super transparent, personable, and just radiates good energy. My last apartments were horrible, and so was the staff so moving was mandatory. I genuinely feel like I found my forever home. Thank you so much for taking the time to show us the ins-and-outs of the property and being available whenever I had a question. Janaya you just don't know how golden you truly are!

Had a great experience with Janaya. She was very helpful and kind while being informative about the complex during my tour. The process for moving in and paperwork was very easy. Everything has been as advertised from start to finish. Janaya made the moving process (which is always a pain) easier and less stressful. Very happy with my experience just a couple months in so far. Had one minor issue with a door handle and maintenance fixed it within 24 hours. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well kept, and quiet community.
