Villas On Sixth Apartment Homes

i moved into these apartments many, many years ago “temporarily.” the experience has been so wonderful that even over a decade later, i don’t have any plans on moving any time soon. Becky is great and has an awesome staff working with her. Cheryl and Angel are helpful and friendly and seem to know every tenant by name. Bucky and Corey are always on top of any maintenance issues that pop up and take the time to talk to random residents even when they’re just walking the property. 10/10 would recommend if you plan on being a respectful neighbor

Moving to Villas on 6th was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! From the very first day, I’ve been truly amazed by everything, especially by the care and kindness the entire Management team has shown me. Becky is always attentive and helpful, and Cheryl… she is simply beyond perfect! Good afternoon my peeps all of you who follow me on google I appreciate your attention to my review reviews. I have been living at the villas for about five months. It is clean absolutely love the curve appeal. I can walk everywhere It was very important that find affordable housing in this time that we’re living in so many people are having a hard time finding affordable housing Thats friendly and a nice atmosphere I want to think the ladies at front office and maintenance. I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name but I want to give him a shout out. He was amazing. I am thankful that he came to my spot on a timely matter and took care of my concerns. The units are amazing value for what you get. Complex is right in the heart of East 6th Street. Easily walk to tons of bars, cafes, restaurants, and breweries without being in a really loud area.
