Villas on Rosemeade West

I'm giving 5 stars due to Shauna the assistant mgr. She's a blessing!! Good communication is a must for me especially and hands down she's good at that. She's super patient and very kind! She's the number 1 reason we chose this spot. We have lived many places where some people in the office had very evil hearts and couldn't communicate like adults at all. But not her. I've never met anyone who works in the office like her tbh. There were a few things that had to be fixed. But they did it swiftly and correctly. So far I'm pleased and we don't have a roach problem in our apt so far. Now parking, that's a different issue. The spaces are super tiny and if you come home late you may not find a spot. Or if you do it may be far far very far away.

I've been here almost 2 years now and the new Property manager Mr.Robert and assistant manager Shanna are the Best!!!! very professional and on top of any issues that may arise good or bad! This community and Property management all the way to the matience crew have made me feel welcomed and happy to call this place home! Great job Shanna and Robert!!!!!!

I highly recommend this property because of the excellent service from the office staff and the outstanding work of the maintenance team. They are always responsive, professional, and keep the property in very good condition. Their dedication makes living here a comfortable and reliable experience.

I wanted to express my sincere recommendation for the property, as I had a very positive experience during my time living there. From the beginning, the team always demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, but I especially want to highlight the excellent work of the maintenance staff.

Edit 2: The new property manager is significantly more empathetic, better communicator, professional, kind, and trustworthy. He addressed my recent requests excellently and gained my respect.
