If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is my first apartment and the pictures had me fooled ! They cannot keep a property manager they've switched names 3 times within the last 4 months of me living here. THEY HAVE RATS AND MICE. There is NO Maintenance person. Ive given a list of all the things that weren't fixed in my apartment 4 times and nobody has gotten back to me and none of my electrical work downstairs, plugs, lights ect. DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL ITS NIT WORTH THE $800

I have lived here for going on 9 months and am so impressed with the sense of community and trust Melissa and the team have built with their residents! Not only is it a welcoming environment, but someplace I have truly been able to make into a home for my family and I. This is definitely one of the favorite places I have been❤️🎉

I have been living here for over a year and wanted to take a moment to give a shout out to Melissa!!! She always makes sure that our community is well cared for and has always been very responsive to anything I need. I’ve rented several apartments and this one is the best!

DO NOT LIVE HERE THERE GARBAGE.THEY OWE MONEY...NOTHING WORKS ITS UNLIVIBLE GET LAWYERS QUICKLY...NOT WORTH IT..moldy apartments they won't do nothing but spray clorox or repaint..flooded apartments....

I never write reviews but I want to warn you about Melissa, the manager/ our landlord. My boyfriend and I, both 18, moved into our first apartment on July 31st. We noted pre-existing damages with photos, but Melissa accused us of lying about the pictures later on. We lived there for 2 months, dealing with leaks and black mold. I kept getting sick and we found mold in the bathroom. Despite evidence and confirmation from the maintenance man, Melissa denied it. They only covered the mold with plaster and paint. We had a massive leak from the upstairs shower to the downstairs area. We took videos for evidence. It happened around 9-10pm, and we managed to contain the water. We made a work order for the morning since it was so late and Melissa later got an attitude with me for not texting the
