The site has an online tour calendaring form. When I called, the person who responded asked me what property I was interested in and sounded annoyed as if I had interrupted her while she was dismembering a victim. So I, timidly mentioned that I had set appointment online and she says that tours can be arranged only by telephone. I had the audacity to ask why they had an online appointment form, if you had to call to make an appointment. She demurred and said that units were unavailable at that site, which was either an error or falsehood because there is an apartment listed on the website. Go figure.

The property manager is completely unreasonable. My sister and her family lived here and went through a financial hardship that made it so that they could not pay rent for only 2 days after the first of the month. TWO days only, and the manager said she would not accept it, and told them they had to leave. Therefore, they have been living in my house for four months. They recently were able to apply to get into another apartment, but the property manager at this place gave a bad review to the new apartment, so they got denied. At all costs, avoid this place!!! This property manager is in the business of making families homeless. They have a small child, and my house is too small to house two families.
