Villas of Friendly Heights

I just love being here it is very quiet, I have a peace of mine. People here are friendly the rooms are big laminated floors very nice. The leasing manager here if you leave a message they will return the call. They do a good job keeping the complex clean.

They have improved on hospitality and front desk help

My aunt lives at The Villas of Friendly Heights and is disabled. She has to walk to the other side of the building because they have refused to get the elevator closest to her repaired for several months. She has lived there for years and it has never been this bad. Apparently there is a new manager. My aunt asked her when the elevator would be fixed and her response was “I don’t know.” Do better. This is sad!

Very moldy, the workers there are disrespectful at times. The maintenance acts takes their time.I've been living here quite some time and it has mold in here and I've been having headaches sneezing stuffy nose I even went to the doctor and the doctor tell me I'm okay which I know I'm not I'm going to be used by the medical system and in my home

My uncle lives here, this place has kept my favorite Uncle safe for many many years! Neighbors are friendly and the place is nice and spacious. Thank you
