Do not sign with this management company. Upon leaving my apartment I did a walk through with one of the office staff. They ENSURED me that there would be nothing taken from my deposit outside of the remaining water and sewer bills. A month later I get a notice that I had to pay for paint touch ups because the last time my apartment had been painted was over 12 months ago and I had to pay to get the carpets cleaned, even though there was nothing left on the carpets and I cleaned them thoroughly myself. This complex also had "improvements" constantly happening that I would have to go out of my way for to accommodate. One of which was that I had to remove everything from my balcony for an entire week because they would be painting the exterior of the building. When I had called and asked for

If I could give zero stars I would these apartments are nightmare. Let’s start off on how when we moved in the apartment was not clean there was gum on the floor and mold the tubs were painted over instead of cleaning them. The bug problem our apartment always had nats, mosquitoes spiders, I had to take my son to the urgent care 3 times due to something biting him and it swelling and him being in pain. Not even a week in our sink fell and was propped back up by wood then it cause mold at the bottom of our sink because it wasn’t properly re installed. The trash problem was worse we paid for the trash to be picked up and they were always missing days Also our toilet was broken for about 3 weeks and that was out last straw so decided to move out because nothing was ever really done plus they

⚠️ BE WARNED ⚠️ I do NOT recommend Westover Hills Villas to anyone. The electricity bills are outrageously high—even during times I wasn’t even home. The third floor is infested with roaches, and despite paying for pest control, they never actually show up. On top of that, management are liars. They push you to sign the lease while fully knowing about all these problems. And the worst part? They do not honor military clauses. I was re-stationed and had no time to argue, but it shows how little respect they have for service members. This place is a scam, and the base has already been notified about the conditions here. Don’t waste your money or your peace of mind.

If I could give zero I would. Be prepared for cockroaches no matter how clean you are then when you leave they charge YOU for it even though you put in a million requests to have it taken care of. Dont worry about the carpet or paint, they have to replace but charge you. Your vehicles WILL get broken into and they don’t care. Cameras don’t matter. Don’t expect to use amenities, they are always “under maintenance” especially when spring break hits they decide then to re-do the pools. They will say “we have no record of you living here” but we did for 2 years and it was horrible. The water will kill your plants, hair, skin and cause kidney stones. A hospital stay proved that. I implore you DO NOT move in here. The word community does not mean anything in this complex. I complained numerous times regarding the lack of security. My car was stolen in December, my car was recovered then broken into in May, in May my motorcycle was crashed into, and finally in June my motorcycle was stolen. I asked and even gave recommendations on how to improve security and it was not entertained. They do not care about you stress and anxiety induced due to the fear of waking up to something damaged or missing is not worth the" amenities". Talking about amenities, people that are not tenants will arrive and use them whenever they are functional.
