Scam alert ! This place is a big fraud, my gf went to talk to the leasing office about leasing an apartment there and they showed her a furnished nice and clean apartment on the front of the complex. Then when she signed the lease she was given keys to an apartment on the very back of the complex which is a hood area with broken roads and nasty entrance. The apartment itself smells like urine and it was full of rats poop and roaches + it had a broken heating system and not hot water. I had to negotiate for multiple days with the office who refused to terminate the lease even though they breached the contract first (delivered an inhabitable apartment). After days they accepted to terminate the lease but they refused to return the deposit and other fees which cost my gf $700.

This place is a complete scam. They showed me an apartment on the front of the complex that looks clean and furnished then when I signed the lease they assigned me to an apartment on the very back side of the property which is a a dangerous hood. The apartment had no heater,no hot water, rat poops and cockroaches all over. They are so ruthless and wouldn’t even want to help

Terrible experience, they show you a furnished apartment at the front of the building then you will get keys to an apartment on the back which is a hood and nasty place with broken roads. My girlfriend had to terminate the lesson after few days of moving in due to uninhabitable conditions (rats,roaches,broken heater and hot water) We had to report them to the city but they refused to refund the deposit and application fees

I Lived here for 6 months from October 2023 to April 2024. The studio was decent but It had a rat problem, I lived on the second floor. I could hear them making noise from in under the kitchen cabinets, I Found a dead mouse on the floor on my move in day. They even ate things out of my pantry when I lived there. They did fix it after a while. But its been more than a year after I left. After moving out being told that I wouldn't be getting my "deposit" back because I was considered a first time renter it was deemed a non refundable fee. Upon leaving I double checked with management If I owed anything after leaving. They told me no and I handed my keys back with no problem. It wasnt Until this year April 2025, A whole entire year after not living there they sent me to collections for reason

Very good service! I recently rented my apartment and the process was very easy. Mercedes helped me with everything, she was very kind, and everyone in the office was very nice. I’m happy with my new apartment.
