When trying to find a new place to stay, this guy, Sebastian, helped find an affordable apartment and was very friendly during the whole interaction.

I loved this property is so small and cute. It is clean and well kept. The leasing agent showed me genuine care for my needs

Garbage management, never answers the phone and never comes to fix anything. It's been 2 weeks and my kitchen sink still doesn't have running water! AC went out on Saturday and they still haven't come to fix that either. 5 days of 100+ degree weather and no AC for last 5 days!
