So far I've had a good experience here. First off the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Big shout-out to Crystal, Melanie and Candy. They made it possible to get me into an apartment quick and gave me an awesome deal. Moved in and everything was brand new and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Thank you ladies ❤️

I went with my mom to look for apartments and we came across these beautiful apartments. The awesome staff in the office Crystal, Candice, and Melanie are very kind, sweet, friendly, helpful. It gives a very homey and comfortable feeling. The apartments where very nice and spacious, I love the activity ideas they have for the kiddos/families of the apartments, I had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance guys Ajay, Zeke, and Mikey, who are very helpful and friendly. I so can’t wait to be moving in soon.

DONT LIVE HERE!!! I just moved out of there. The manger candy and melody. Are extremely rude I dont know how many times I've asked to get the screens and the front door lock fixed. These two people always have an attitude and bad communication, but crystal was a sweetheart always listened to me when I had a problem she tried her best way to help me and she used communication. And on top of that the public washer and dryer seemed to be braking down every second they also smelled like mold everywhere. This is the most drama and rude management I've ever seen

I usually don't complain, but damn. I got my deposit return of $4 because I was charged for things that weren't even done before I moved in. The best thing they did was replace carpets which I don't mind the charge for the carpet cleaning but then I had been told that my apartment was going to be remodeled after I moved out so I'm wondering why I'm being charged for things like paint touch up, carpet cleaning and then the cleaning which was not done before I moved in if all this was going to have to be done after a remodel. Weird. There was tar dripping from the bathroom walls every time I'd take a shower, over spray on the floor from the bathtub resurfacing, a skittle painted over on the window sill and other things that were definitely killing my OCD. I only looked at this place as a mistake, mixing it up with another property. The staff were too busy flirting with the maintenance men to attend to myself and several other groups of people wanting to look at units. One younger guy behind the desk that seemed to maybe be maintenance said he lost keys and was talking about drinking. They blew off what sounded like an old lady who’s front door knob and bedroom door knob weren’t working right then were laughing about it. They showed me a unit not cleaned, I expected building materials, messes and whatnot but this tiny apartment looked like it belonged in a horror movie, it REEKED of mold and even more so of urine. There had to be some sort of terrible water damage that was ignored for a long time. That is what a moisture meter is for-to dete
