Do not buy a Toll house. I bought new construction 4 years ago in Steeplechase Branchburg. Paid 1.3 million.Bricks are falling off the front of our house and indoor fireplace. Air ducts (the amount of sheet rocks that shoots from the vents is indescribable). AC breaks once a month (coils are rusted and leaks coolant). In the past 4 years, we have one problem after another. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy a Toll Brothers home. The employees are crooks.
Everytime I visit here the houses impress me more and more. They are truly stunning!!! Wish I could afford one.
They never returned calls or ever answered phone. Multiple agents looked us up and down, cold attitude. Not approachable. Costs are ridiculous to boot.
Extremely overpriced. Poor quality and exterior design. From outside it looks like senior housing.
Nice house to live in and a good investment too
