It's really not the “luxury” experience it’s made out to be. Management and leasing seriously need to improve their communication and how long it takes to get things done. One of the gates has been broken for over a year, which is honestly unacceptable. Residents were promised a dog park, but there’s been zero progress on that. It’s frustrating, especially for those of us who own pets. The apartments can be noisy, and some neighbors aren’t great. There are also issues with fairness. Some tenants park in the garages without paying, while others are charged a monthly fee. That doesn’t seem right. And several of us have mentioned concerns about professionalism and confidentiality with staff.

Such a great experience over the last year. Units are very spacious and well designed, especially the bathrooms. The management team is the best! They are extremely responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Thank you Kristina, Colleen and Davis!

Living here has been a huge disappointment. From the very beginning, there have been constant issues that management simply ignores. The fire alarms go off nearly every day, sometimes multiple times a day, which is disruptive for those who work from home, and concerning. On top of that, certain tenants behave inappropriately and cause ongoing problems for everyone else, yet nothing is ever done about it (everyone in the building knows this couple). This community is advertised as smoke-free, but the hallways and stairwells constantly reek of weed. Management is well aware and still chooses to turn a blind eye. The noise level is also out of control—you can hear every footstep, every stomp, every move from the other units. It doesn’t feel like any soundproofing was considered when building

Extremely noisy apartments. As previous reviewers have said, you constantly hear your neighbors — their footsteps, everything. While the amenities are nice, the building was not constructed with the proper noise cancellation.

Aster Grove has a decent mix of residents, which I appreciate. However, as a new complex, there are several issues. We've experienced power outages twice, and the fire alarm went off for nearly an hour while I was working remotely during one of my meetings. The superintendent appears to only apply temporary fixes rather than addressing problems effectively. Additionally, dumpsters occupy two parking spaces, and EV owners should note that they must pay for an indoor parking space to charge their vehicles. There are also leaks in the hallway ceilings. I’ve decided I will not be renewing my lease. Furthermore, there is a lack of confidentiality, as the leasing office staff and the superintendent frequently gossip about other tenants’ personal business.
