Villas at Shadow Oaks Apartments

This used to be a very nice and peaceful place. I've lived here for almost four years. Recently, some people moved in who seem like homeless people. They leave trash everywhere, clothes on the ground, dog food, and bags of mulch—a total mess. I think they're even urinating in the parking lot because it smells so bad. They need to look into this; everything here looks terrible.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It is infested with roaches, rats, and mold. I moved in at the beginning of September and they have made no effort to fix the issue. Pest control still has not come and they completely ignore emails. I will be reaching out to corporate but didn’t want another person to be taken advantage of or forced into unlivable conditions. It also was not cleaned or taken care of at all prior to my move in.

I love this place! The front desk people are amazing!!! Shray goes above and beyond for us! The maintenance men are amazing! I put in a work order and if not the same day the next day they are there! I couldn’t thank them enough for providing a stress free home to live in!

Absolutely amazing experience working with Shray from the management team. She did everything she could to answer my questions on a timely basis. She has helped me with maintenance within a 1-2 hour time frame definitely recommend this place and her team!

Hi, I have enjoyed my experience, living at the village of shadow oaks for the last few months. The property manager and office staff were very helpful explaining everything to me before I moved in. Like the updated pool, and how relaxing and quiet it is on the property. I can see myself living here a couple more years. The only downside that I recommend to the apartment complex, and the ownership do to make it better: 1). Biggest concern- Adding more LIGHTNING on the property and pool area. At night, it is kinda hard to walk around the property since it is so dark and kind of scary and you don’t know if someone is hiding. 2). Can’t wait for the gym (workout machines) and the clubhouse to be fully available. Can’t wait to see how the property will look once everything is updated on the
