I have been here for 2 years and absolutely love our little community! Maria the manager is the best ! She is so sweet ,personable and does an amazing job ! Quiet nice neighborhood for families with kids or without. Dog friendly and they provide convenient poop stations all around the development. Beautiful spacious community room for rental for special occasions.

Where do I start…. Hands down from the super easy applying process online to the lease signing….Maria, the property manager has made this the easiest move ever!!! My husband and I travel very frequently with his profession and in the last three years can hands down say that the Villas are absolutely awesome! You don’t have to leave the parking lot for anything but gas, you can walk to everything you need! We highly recommend calling Maria if your looking for a quiet, convenient, safe and beautifully cozy place to call home! I’ll be sad when we are sent to the next adventure!

Maria is very sweet and takes all concerns to heart and does her best to accommodate all needs. Maintenance is also very prompt and fixes anything requested

Very friendly office staff and they complete any maintenance requests in a timely manner. No issues in the two years being here.

Phenomenal social event. Great for new residents to meet their neighbors!
