Liberty Tax

Filed with them last year, to this day I haven't gotten my refund and they couldnt tell me why after I attempted to figure it out but told me their fees were paid from it. Irs says it was deposited to deep blue account on Feb 28th 2025 but I haven't seen it to this day. I've tried to call deep blue and they keep telling me to call liberty tax cause they never got a deposit

The guy was very helpful. We had nice conversation about our cats and he explained what all the papers were and what I owed in a way that I could understand

Last year I was told I owed 638$ to Rita turns out I did not! I was planning on going with again this year because mistakes happen until - They called me after Christmas and approved me for 300$ holiday loan, I waited 4 days I go back in to see what’s going on with it because I was told 30-60 min it be on there.well it was not because all of a sudden I’m now denied Couldn’t give no explanation as to why 4 days ago I was approved and given a debt card and 4 days and a visit later I’m told I was denied Also read the fine print nobody gets 1200$ loan/advance on there taxes unless u get back almost 10,000$ on your return with this place. Something no one in the office apparently knows! Turbo tax is free and easy don’t pay liberty tax 800$ for 20 min of work. It’s a scam and should be shut dow
