Villas at Pleasant, an Epcon Community

We were looking to downsize and found the wonderful community of Villas at Pleasant. After researching all of our options, nothing compared to the quality and uniqueness of the homes here. Also, a lot of what were upgrades with other builders is included as standard which was a pleasant surprise. Although the most important aspect of our build was the relationships created with the talented team we worked with. The initial sales meeting thru the interaction with the project manager has been flawless.They treat you like you’re their only customer and are extremely responsive to any and all questions we had. Best decision we have made as we start the next phase of life.

We just moved into our home built by Stotko signature homes in the new Epcon development - Villas at Pleasant. We had no model to look at when we started our process (there is a model now!) but did a lot of research on other Epcon communities plus we knew the Stotko quality and reputation. The actual home exceeded my expectations, was done very timely and with quality workmanship. Love, love the open floorplan - with its large windows surrounding the private courtyard! We had looked a long time and there is nothing matching the use of outdoor space like this in the Twin Cities area! There is also a good amount of storage and NO steps which also appealed to us.
