The Quill 55+ Apartments

This review is long overdue! The day before my lease commenced, on 4/1/25, I found out that I have stage 1 breast cancer… Many residents have been so supportive and informative regarding my cancer. Thank you for the warm and caring group of persons here at The Quill. I love living at The Quill! First of all I want to say that we have a wonderful Property Manager, Julia! She has planned many group activities with her cheerful grace & optimism. Also, the building maintenance crew is fantastic - this is the cleanest building in Hastings! The apartments are very spacious with lots of storage; and the garage parking is very nice! Many residents planted vegetables and herbs on the 4th floor deck this summer, thanks to Julia…. We also have a new ping pong/pool table in one of the several

Since julia has been our manager at the Quill she has been a blessing and has enriched our lives.

Julia is an excellent manager! She has the ability to treat all residence with compassion and grace, which an important element of being a good manager. I love living here and the amenities are beyond what I could have hoped for. I am sincerely grateful.

I love living in this apartment building!!! Our manager is so supportive and helpful!! Julia really knows her job, if someone is not willing to follow their lease she has no problem letting them know what they need to change!! The only complaint I have is the residents that haven’t read the lease they signed and then complain about management!! Thank goodness we have a manager that can help us with this issue!! If you are looking for a new home come join us here!!! It truly is a wonderful place to live!!! It’s home!!!!

Love everything about this apartment. My aunt moved in to Quill in May after months of searching for the perfect place. Julia has been absoultey wonderful. My aunt struggles with anxiety and ocd and Julia has been so accomodating and has made my aunt feel so comfortable. The apartment complex is beautiful. Everything is emaculate. Juan and Antonio do such a great job at maintaining the property and are so quick at responding to maintenance requests. I honestly can't say enough about this place! I highly recommend this apartment!
