So far the new management is attentive to upkeep . Letters are polite and reminders are sent. Not five stars as hard to reach by phone but ,ost.y responsive to emails . Holiday decor is beautiful.
Absolutely Horrible management. The staff at Delkap mock you, laugh at you and even hang up on you when you have issues/concerns/questions. They also refuse to connect you to the board. Specifically Joei.. I am not sure how she still works there, and how the company can allow a woman like her be in charge of the villas when she is extremely nasty and condescending. DO NOT move here, because you will then have to deal with the horrible Delkap staff.
