The staff at Villas at Kelly Springs is TOP TIER Mahongany the property Manager is so professional and friendly. Nothing goes over looked. Jimmy the maintenance man is so awesome at his job. He communicates well, super nice and informs you of the situation every step of the way. Great place to live :)

Mahogani is an amazing property manager; we didn’t get to move in for other reasons but she did everything she needed to do to help. One of the best property managers I’ve encountered.

I can not tell you what a relief it has been renting here! After so many horrible renting experiences this has been a breath of fresh air. Not only is the community welcoming and kid friendly but the staff.. the STAFF is the best of the best! Anytime I have inquired about a problem such as parking or speeding.. to no surprise they already have a solution in the works! I've never rented from better people than Brittany and Amber. They actually care and are always holding events for the community. Thank you ladies for everything you do!

I am not a resident, but looked to live there once up until I found out the rent is extremely high for low amenities. Each unit has two parking spaces so guests or anyone with more vehicles have to park at the office which is only about 8 or so parking spaces and a far walk to the majority of the units, so as a guest and a mother I hate the far walk in cold conditions with my child. The pool and gym is super small for the amount of residents through the summers, you even have to purchase your own washer and dryer. In other words you really don’t get much for what you are paying other than the commute to the city and nearby attractions. The units are spacious for a small family but I’ve definitely seen bigger for the price point. I don’t recommend them for a startup at all.
