Villas at Costa Brava

All I would really like to say is thank you for the chance to be moved in at an extremely reasonable amount of time. The dedication of Martin was never left unseen, he went above and beyond expectations of helping my family to become newly residence of this beautiful townhouse. I would highly recommend this location to someone else's future living here. With that being said the entire staff Quincy I might have spelled it wrong my apologies, also Pat are very good and patient at theirs positions in the office, along with the great maintenance crew who are doing there great job and having this apartment ready as well .I really thank everyone for all their hard work and effort to making this smoother to move in completely.

Martin, Quincy (the manager), and Miss Pat consistently go above and beyond to create a welcoming, professional, and supportive environment. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. What stands out the most is how in sync the entire team is. You can clearly see the strong communication, teamwork, and mutual respect they share. They work together seamlessly to ensure that residents and guests feel valued, heard, and well taken care of. Probably the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. When we moved in, we were promised the oven range would be replaced. That was nine months ago, and it still hasn’t happened despite multiple follow-ups. The unit is severely roach-infested. After two fumigations, there are still hundreds of roaches throughout the apartment. The infestation is so bad that roaches have even ended up in my vehicle since moving here. Management claimed they would inspect neighboring units to identify the source of the problem, but that never happened—just another empty promise. Since moving in, our son’s asthma has noticeably worsened, which may be related to the ongoing infestation and living conditions. This has become a serious health concern, not just an inconvenience. I have had to fix all my own maintenance issues because they take too long. The complex is always turning off the water saying “It’s a maintenance emergency” well it seems like this issue happens more and more often. It used to be a lot better but something changed and it’s horrible. Can’t wait until my lease is up

I was asked to leave an honest review and so it be . When I first moved here it was rough and since Quincie came to the property you can tell she truly cared about her residents. She is always walking the property and I see her picking up trash while wearing high heels when I was going to pick my son up. I asked her what she was doing and she said whatever it takes. She does seem like she is really busy at times but the other ladies does a good job on handling issues at times . but I can see how much this property has improved and how hard her team works. I’m glad they got new Maintenace because that was the main issue I had and the new Maintenace seems way quicker .
