Angie is very good at her job!! Stuff is always taken care of as fast as she can get it done. She is the reason I moved in here no other apartment would really help me. She was friendly and helped us get us an apartment. I have been here 3 years and love it.

8 months in and still loving it! I took the advice of some of the type A people who reviewed this place because all of the options can get overwhelming and just chose to go for it. Very glad I did! The views are great, Angie is great and the community room is a great space to rent for events!

Angie was absolutely amazing. I’m a bit of an over planner and I’ve been creating spread sheets of apartment comparisons for months to find the best apartment in Sioux Falls because having a place that feels safe and clean and like home is so important to my quality of life. I’ve toured several apartments so far in my hunt and none blew me away like this place. Angie answered all my questions, was so friendly, and within 10 minutes I knew for sure this was my future home. Even before the end of the tour something about this place just felt right and a huge portion of that is how welcoming Angie is. I toured this complex last Saturday with Angie. She is so sweet! She seems to really care about the residents as she stopped during my tour and talked to a few in passing or waved to some further away. The property is kept in great condition, it has plenty of amenities, and even a guest room space for visitors that can be rented out!

By FAR the best property management I’ve ever experienced :) so thankful to be back - lived here almost four years prior to getting married and moving into my husband’s place across town. Seriously, you wont find better property management in Sioux Falls. We had a nightmare experience with our last rental, and I couldn’t wait to show my husband what lovely, appropriate, effective, welcoming property management really is. Angie has always been incredible, Kala is fantastic and was a great addition to the team, and Larry is such a solid, reliable maintenance man. I am so glad to be back “home” ❤️ Thanks Villas crew!!
