Villas at Auburn

This place looks like a decent place to live. However, the balcony looks super small and parking is a bit crowded. Plus no one responded to the inquiry about the apartment complex. I wonder what the communication is like for repair or help with the unit since you get no assistance from the get-go.

We lived here for 2 years. We loved our apartment very much, it was very comfortable and cozy, we had a view of the pool, the view from the panoramic window was important to me, my wife adored this apartment and even sometimes cries and misses it, all the kitchen cabinets are in excellent condition. We moved because the one-room apartment became too small for us.

This place is awful. It seems nobody cleans the building D becuase it is nasty, garbage everywhere, dirty walls, the elevator broken and the handrails of the emergency exit is broken too, it can cause someone can get injured. Management has to take serious responsibility in those apartments.

Parking here is a NIGHTMARE! The businesses in the same building have more privileges than the own tenants !! Your car will get towed if you park in their spots but tenants have to struggle looking for a parking spot every night !!! SMH. I also see many open covered spots that are not being used! This makes NO sense!! SMH!

Somehow my previous review disappeared. I am a current tenant and this complex is filled with roaches and bedbugs. I’ve been ill the entire time living here due to roach allergy and asthma. I reported bugs in writing on day 3. Only a single actual spraying in over 5 months. 3 months with zero treatment, despite repeated requests and certified letters. Zero mercy to let me leave without paying thousands, even with medical documentation. Then there’s the crime, vehicle break ins, homeless and bicycle vice peddlers all over the property, and the overflowing trash and smells of hot urine and garbage. The halls and elevators also have food strewn for weeks, but don’t worry, the roaches will enjoy it.
