We've been here for a year and half now and we absolutely love it here! Our rent is great and actually got lowered last year in January! The staff are amazing and the amenities as well. Once we have a problem, maintenance is sent out immediately, if not the same day, they come first thing the next day and that's something that I also love. The maintenance and main staff amd very nice. And throughout the time we've been here, they had 3 different luncheon and different raffle events. They had BBQ chicken, canes, and the most recent was a food truck event at the office. And they had such great food! I also won a raffle before and got $100. We were very excited about this apartment because the model unit looked beautiful and had everything we were looking for. We asked several times if the actual unit we’d get would be the same as the model, and we were told yes. However, when we moved in (around March 2025), we were very disappointed to see that the kitchen and layout were much smaller than what we were shown. When we tried to discuss this with the manager, she was very rude and unprofessional from the beginning. She wouldn’t let us finish our sentences, raised her voice, and refused to listen to our concerns. Instead of helping or even showing empathy, she made us feel like we were at fault. They consider dog hair pet damage and dishonestly charge for it. They charge for wear and tear and after you move out purposely damage the floors to charge you for everything in the apartment. If you are thinking about moving here, DO IT. I’ve lived here for over a year and just renewed our lease for another year. Maintenance requests are done SO quickly and the guys are always really friendly. Everyone in the office is always super friendly and ready to help. The property is clean, grills and pools are always ready to use, and the complex is very quiet. I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a great place that is affordable!

One positive thing about this apartment complexes, they did not raise my rent on my second year lease I love my apartment the look of it. I honestly do like my apartment in general. I would say my negative experience Was Recently, my car had expired tags. I tried to explain my situation being sick, and I was unable to work as well due to me being that sick and didn’t realize my car was expired. Also Every Two years I buy a new car and I tried to explain. I did not want to get it towed If I’m about to buy a new car in just getting on my feet after being off work due to being sick I also had a 16k surgery so it put me a little behind. I was told by the office that would have a 30 day extension and they came back and said I didn’t have it and they didn’t do that right after that I was told
