Renting from this community is amazing, moving in was smooth. Thanks James , we really appreciate all your help. He is so professional, wonderful and friendly.He helped us with everything, answered all the questions very quick and the communication with him was fantastic and the process was very smooth from start to finish . Also thanks Nicole ( she is so friendly) , amazing staff, they make you feel at home from the minute you walk in the office.Maintenance team so good and very quick to respond.We loved our new home, the location very nice, fitness center and pool are very clean and nice … Friendly community. It’s such a wonderful, safe and quiet home.

My experience in this apartment has been incredibly positive, as it offers a comfortable living space with great amenities and a friendly community, making it a truly enjoyable home.

I love this place so much! Everybody is so nice and the whole complex is very clean. Maintenance requests are lightning quick, and it's nice and quiet. Parking isn't as scary as other people make it out to be, you can buy a second spot from the HOA and they are very clear that 1 bedroom apartments only get one parking spot anyway. I love it here! I hope to someday buy a condo here so I can stay. Update: The longer I'm here the more I love it. Such a wonderful, safe, quiet home. Update 2: docking a star because they frequently do very loud maintenance activities such as leaf blowing and weed wacking starting at 8am which can make sleeping difficult.

I recently moved to Roseville and chose the Villages as my new home. The thing that drew me to this complex over other places was the amazing staff that works here. Maria and James are knowledgeable and caring. They can answer any question you have and are truly invested in you finding the place that is right for you. They make you feel at home from the minute you walk into the office. The grounds and the apartments are the most beautiful in the area. It is quiet and really feels like home. I look forward to spending many years here.

I absolutely loved living in these beautiful apartments! First and foremost, James will be your best friend as well as Heidi! In my 18 months that we lived there, those two were always very professional, and attentive to our needs! Never gave you the go around, and when a Maintance was performed they always followed up to see if we were satisfied! loved that they remembered all their tenants by name, and asked about our everyday life. Truly cared. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and never felt unsafe. We left this location since we moved into a house. But if we didn’t I for sure would have continued our residence with villages!
