Villages of Magnolia Apartments

My son lives in these apartments and they are nice. Pool is great. Workout area is nice. My employees are super! The entrance is really pretty inside... They put on special events for holidays for the kids like egg hunting for Easter, Santa, snacks, prizes and wrapping gifts for Christmas, Halloween activities, etc...fun stuff and free

I’ve truly enjoyed staying here. Savannah has assisted me with anything needed. She very professional and always pleasant. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for requests. The community offers events that are excellent for families and kids. The location and traffic light make access a breeze. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped.

Ms. Emily (leasing manager)! Words can't express how amazing this young lady is. I am a returning resident and it has always been a pleasure to work with her. She goes above and beyond to accommodate the residents needs. She always welcomes guest/residents coming into the leasing office with a warm smile, that's a ray of sunshine. She follows up on maintenance requests ensuring they were properly handled to your satisfaction. I have only been here for a week and things are going great so far. Just moved here recently with my wife and we really enjoy the property. What makes this place stand out even more is leasing office and maintenance who are extremely reactive and have made every available effort to help with our move (moving from out of State), last minute changes and fulfilling special requests. Special thanks to Marisa and Savannah, they are wonderful to work with and extremely professional. It’s not easy to handle many different tenants, yet they do a great job making you feel special and looked after.

MARISSA and the ladies do an amazing job of being attentive to needs, answering questions, and providing solutions if necessary. Mrs. Jenee, who helped me during my application/move-in process, was awesome ; I couldn't ask for a better aide during that transition. Overall, I'm very happy with the staff, their customer service, and the apartment complex overall.
