Villages of Georgetown Apartments

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I would like to take this opportunity to Spotlight Sid who is part of the maintenance team here at villages of Georgetown. Sid was fast, very professional and explained what he did and he also explained to me when I would be expecting the other work to be completed. I am extremely satisfied with the work orders that he completed. They were all completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I can now shower in my shower thanks to Sid. Villages of Georgetown is very lucky to have a young man like Sid on the maintenance-team.

Leasing office is super thorough and kind. Maintenance crew is fast and effective. Great service so far on top of an amazing home! Special shout-out to Hailey, Mallorie and Sid from leasing and maintenance for their help!

We were looking for an apartment/townhome and after much looking, decided to go look at The Villages of Georgetown. The community is gorgeous. They have 2 ponds, a trail system, are pet friendly and have garages. We were greeted by Kandyce. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the units we were asking to see. She gave us wonderful insights and great information. After touring several different units we decided on one. Kandyce helped us with the application process, answered many more questions and has been absolutely amazing in helping us! If you’re in the market for a new place to live go see her and she will get you into the perfect spot!

Hailey gave us an awesome tour. She was so patient and kind. The office had great vibes upon entering. The office staff is so nice and we are so excited to move in. Thanks Hailey for making the process easy, and being so responsive! ❤️

The Leasing Centre is one of my favorite places. It has a gym, tanning room, pool table for recreation, a well-designed and equipped business room and a large pool right outside it. Ms Paris is one of the most hospitable leasing consultants my family has ever met. She listens and provides assistance promptly while constantly checking if everything was done to our satisfaction. She was instrumental to our transitioning from one unit to a more desirable one with so much ease that my family didn't feel as though we actually moved. I'll recommend the Villages of Georgetown to anyone desiring to move to the area. They have a great team here. They will welcome you with open arms and you will have best experience second to none in Austin/Georgetown area.
