beautiful place to live, if it weren't for the prices I would live there all my life, it is very quiet and you feel a lot of peace. Although I have to clarify that I filed a complaint so that they could talk to the next-door neighbor since his door entrance and stairs are all dirty because when they go down to throw out the garbage, everything in their path drips, those neighbors are disgusting, they hate them. I told the office and they never did anything. They only said that they would talk to them but it never happened, I can already imagine the disgust they have inside that apartment, it is unpleasant to live with such dirty neighbors and lack of hygiene, just look at the photo and video of their door and you will see what I'm talking about , that thing about looking very bad and havin

Staff is extremely friendly. Maintenance is quick to do repairs—I don’t think I’ve had to wait more than 2 days for a non emergency issue. They’re constantly making upgrades to the grounds (just updated the pool furniture & gym equipment). Landscaping is kept up beautifully. Great location, calm, friendly neighbors. Only thing I would change is interior upgrades like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc—just a more modern facelift. But I wouldn’t trade all the amenities and service for that. Also love they they have a playground on site for the kiddos. Great area.

Very good experience! Came from out of state! Laura walked us through everything. Answered every single question. Was bigger than the pictures say. The maintenance is on top of things as soon as they happen and very nice and friendly. Really enjoy living here!

This property is amazing! Adam and Laura run a beautiful community and assist with everything you could possibly need.. kindly! They have done beautiful upgrades and really care about upkeep, and go above and beyond. Its well lit here at night, quiet, and you can get to anything you need in rogers easy via Dixieland rd. PERFECT LOCATION.

This has been an amazing place to live. We’ve loved everything about living here. It’s quiet and peaceful. Maintenance is very helpful and responds quickly. Laura is the best!
