Villages At Raleigh Beach

On Dec 18, 2025 around 11:00 AM, my 2025 Tesla Model Y was in the process of being towed in front of Building 2101 at Villages at Raleigh Beach. The tow driver said it was because I was in a “handicap” spot, but the space had no upright/vertical handicap sign and the paint/marking on the ground is almost completely worn off (about 90% eroded), so it was not clearly identifiable as a restricted space. There is a tow warning sign at one entrance and near Building 2101 I also saw signage referencing a different towing company (“Unlimited Towing”), which adds to the confusion. I returned before the tow truck left with my vehicle, yet I still had to pay $197.25 ($120 cash + $77.25 card) to have the vehicle released/dropped. I absolutely LOVE living here at Villages at Raleigh Beach! The apartments are beautiful and well kept. The maintenance team is amazing! The leasing office staff are amazing as well! If you are looking for a beautiful well kept place to call home, come check out VRB! You will not regret it!

Resident for over a year. Staff are very friendly, welcoming, and diligent in their tasks. Every maintenance order and/or concern are answered and handled promptly and professionally. The property is beautiful and well kept outside of some instances where some residents do not do their parts. Considering the market, I feel that their prices are beyond great compared to other complexes that offer less and ask for more. The amenities are great; I’ve loved my experience overall and I have no complaints in regard to staff and their duties. Outside of their control, the neighborhood could be even better with more entrance/exit points. Moved in recently and enjoying everything they have to offer, Arezou was very polite, professional and answered all my questions about the apartment when I came and toured and had continued to do so after moving in.

Firstly, I must point out the outstanding maintenance crew and the young gentleman who works diligently keeping the grounds free of trash & litter, & cleans all the dog waste bins each morning. This is something I appreciate more than anything. Cigarette smoke. Asthma attacks. I’ve lived in apartments all over Raleigh since 2016, and this is the first place where I’ve been forced to suffer repeated second-hand smoke exposure. Management loves to send “reminder emails,” but when it comes to actual enforcement of anti-smoking rules? Nothing. I can’t even enjoy my balcony without risking an asthma attack triggered by neighbors smoking cigarettes — not vaping, not nicotine pouches (both proven to be less harmful and cheaper), but the most toxic option available. At this point, I’d half expec
