Villages at Berlin

Management at The Village of Berlin is terrible, and Sherri, the property manager, is the perfect example of unprofessionalism. She doesn’t do her job, dismisses residents, and gets rude the second she’s questioned. We were falsely accused of a noise complaint that wasn’t even coming from our unit. When we asked to speak with her, she came up to the front but immediately sat down while we were standing — a clear attitude — and even rolled her eyes during the conversation. Completely unprofessional behavior from someone who’s supposed to manage a property. A neighbor later came to our door to personally apologize and let us know she accidentally reported the wrong apartment. The issue got resolved because I did my own investigation, not because management took initiative. Only after that

Management is horrible and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone. Leasing office is only open Monday-Friday 9-5 when everyone and their mom works Monday-Friday 9-5. I have been calling the office for the past couple days at least 6/7 times a day. And have even tried 4 different numbers that I found across the website and resident portal and not a single person can pick up the phone. I’ve left a voicemail that has yet to be returned. I can’t imagine what these people are doing all day that they can’t answer the phone. Their job is to help the residents and they can’t even do that. Everybody here needs to be fired. I’ve been here for 1 1/2 years and they have never once answered the phone any time me or my boyfriend would call. The ONLY time anybody has ever been in contact with me

The Villages at Berlin is a comfortable, quiet, scenic and well maintained community. The units are new and well designed. The gym, walk way, pool, clubhouse are all well organized and easily accessible. Ideal for all family configurations. We enjoy being here.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at The Villages at Berlin! The apartments are modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained—with high-end finishes, in-unit laundry, and private balconies that make it feel like home. The amenities are a huge bonus: the pool, gym, clubhouse, and dog park are all top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any needs. It’s a peaceful, well-kept community in a great location. Highly recommend!

Overall place is quiet, neighbors are friendly my only concern is the lack of thought put into the resident “events”. Advertising a “summer kick off” and serving cold wraps is kind of insane. Or “let’s get twisted” for nation pretzel day and sitting a table out with pretzels in the hallway seems to be very lack luster, for the amount of rent being paid the company could atleast provide better food items at the resident events. Maybe even more frequent resident events, or a late night swim (bi-weekly or once a month at the very least) being as though the pool closes at 7pm daily and some don’t get home until 6pm from working. I don’t have any complaints for the leasing professionals, maintenance is always on point. Please provide your residents with better; well thought out and well planned
